Pesach with Mishpacha Magazine: Featuring a New CD

Mishpacha magazine has done it again! Every year their Yom Tov editions are packed to the brim with even more interesting articles, Divrei Torah and stories. This year, besides for anticipating all that, you can also start anticipating the release of a new CD. From TeeM Productions comes brand new songs composed by Yossi Green and Pinky Weber. The arrangments are from Mona Rosenblum, Moshe Laufer, and Leib Yaacov Rigler. The singers are Avraham Fried, Shlomie Gertner, Shlomie Taussig, Yisroel Werdyger, Shragy Gestetner, Motty Ilowitz, and Chilu Posen. For those of you who remember, this is not the first year that Mishpacha has been so nice as to include a new CD with the magazine. The Sukkos edition 2007 premiered the release of a CD featuring Lipa Schmeltzer called Eloka D'meir Aneini which can be found currently in certain Judaica stores. I always look forward to Mishpacha and their special Yom Tov editions and I look forward to seeing what interesting reads this year has to offer.

  1. They are truly in a league of their own. In terms of quality, breadth., graphics and appeal they lead the pack.

  2. I agree completely. Their breadth of article topics and the interests that they cover, all with professional writing and great pictures, makes them the number one magazine in my eyes.

  3. Mishpacha's editors have left and rumor has it that their forming their own magazine. It seems Mishpacha won't be leading the pack for too much longer if they'll remain in business at all. Hamodia rejoice!

  4. Anon- on what basis do you make such a statement?

  5. SPG my cousin was just hired by the former editors of Mishpacha to write for them. I think competition though is good. Charedi journalism is in the pits. Any kid who doesn't know right from left or which way is up has become a journalist. Did you see the Zman's childlike coverage of the Rubashkin case? Or Mishpacha's insulting op-ed piece that it is a surprise that Roshei Yeshivos are trying to do pidyon shvuiyim for a Jew who happens to be a Lubavitcher? Someone is asleep at the wheel. Let there be more and more competition!

  6. "Zman's childlike coverage"? come on. it's probably the best article that was ever writen on the Rubashkin case. in fact they even distributed copies at the Floriday and California Rubashkin event.
Do you happen to work for Mishpacha?
